Efficient Water Treatment Solutions for Industrial Areas

This project encompasses an ultra-pure water treatment plant designed for use in steam turbines. It has been custom-designed with pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, and an EDI unit. The EDI process treats water continuously through electro-chemical operations, replacing traditional acid-alkali chemical regeneration with special ion membranes, mixed bed resins, and DC voltage.

EDI systems are specially designed according to need to produce pure water for the pharmaceutical, energy, and industrial sectors. Their main benefit is the elimination of the regeneration process and the avoidance of hazardous regeneration chemicals (acids and alkalis). EDI systems require minimal electricity, have no labor or chemical costs for regeneration, and can operate continuously 24/7.
