These are high-filtration polypropylene cartridge filters. Product standardization is monitored at every stage using specialized software. They are manufactured with controlled thermal insulation at regulated temperatures, using certified raw materials. Production is fully automated, ensuring completely hygienic conditions without direct human intervention. They operate with high and flexible production capacity, and delivery can be made within the desired timeframe.

Types:

  • PP melt blown flat: Available in 1, 5, 10, 25, and 50 micron grades; sizes: 4”, 5”, 7”, 10”, 20”, 30”, 40”, 50”, 60” in SX, BX, AX, and CX models.
  • Outer diameter: 2.2” or 2.5”.
  • CPP-IC models are internally filled.
  • CPP-IC/E models are internally filled and capped.
  • PP melt blown grooved cartridge filters: Available in 1, 5, 10, 25, and 50 micron grades; sizes: 10”, 20” in SX, BX, AX, and CX models.
  • PP-IC models are internally filled.
  • PP-IC/E models are internally filled and capped.
  • Maximum operating temperature: 80°C.
